Francis Meyers attended the Cleveland Institute of Art, majoring in Drawing, and earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1950. His work is in the Cleveland Museum of Art; the Akron Art Institute; the Speed Museum in Louisville, Kentucky and in the permanent collection of the Westminster College in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
