Mark Howard is a sculptor and painter whose works of public art can be seen across Northeast Ohio. Originally from Newark, New Jersey, Mark Howard earned his BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art. Howard's commissioned public art works are found throughout Cleveland and a paper cutout silhouette is in the collection of the Cleveland Museum of Art. Mark Howard has exhibited internationally and was included in the Biennale Internazionale dell’ Arte Contemporanea, Florence, Italy, 2001.
