Sacrifice by artist Nikki Woods was completed in 2019. The canvas is wrapped around a pine stretcher, and is signed by the artist on the back of the canvas.

Nikki Woods creates expressive paintings of highly decorative and decadent landscapes, objects, and centerpieces where images and material merge in and out of states of visual and psychological slippage. Woods’ lush color palette and painterly mark making creates visual sensations on her canvases. She received a BFA from The Cleveland Institute of Art, is currently the director of Reinberger Gallery at CIA. Her work is in many private and public collections, including the Progressive Art Collection.
